This a database of physical and technical effects.
Each effect is represented not only by a description (formatted text with charts, tables, images and animations), but also by a special formal model allowing to performs a synthesis of principles of action of technical devices.

Internet version of this software: www.effects.ru (Russian only, has nice flash animations). Descriptions of effects were created using HTML export feature of TRichView.
