How to make sure headline numbering is continuous

Hello Sergey, I am struggeling with headline numbering. This is the scenario: - We are not using style tempalates. - TRichView A has some numbered headline HA with some normal text below it. - Text from A is exported via SaveRVFToStream and put into a database. Some time later, possibly on another c...

Greetings Sergey and all, sorry to reopen a very old topic, but I think it fits perfectly. In recent version of TRichView, the "ListId" in the styles.ini file has been replaced by a ListId per ListStyle, is that correct? Although we have matching ListIds for the styles, we cannot get to wo...

Save as rtf, rvrtfSaveStyleSheet, TOC

Hello Sergey, I hope you are well. When you export to RTF, open the file in word and create a table of contents (TOC) in word, word will include all direct and character/text styles of headings in the TOC. However, the TOC should be formatted according to special TOC paragraph styles which are defin...

The fault was on my side, I hadn't realized that this specific text was set by the SetItemText method which by definition does not handle any breaks.

My apologies and thank you for your time.

Sorry to wakeup this old thread, but my question fits here very well: uses RVUni; InsertTextW(WideChar(UNI_LineSeparator)); When I SaveRTF(), this appears in the RTF as "\u8232 ?" and Word2003 does not recognize it. It should be "\line ", right? Is there a way to get this right? ...

Thanks for the answer... Bad news, though... Is there any workaround other then manually adjust alignment in Word?

Picture alignment after RTF export in Word

Greetings Sergey, long time no problem.... now this came up: ScaleRichView 4.0.1 When I insert a picture into a document, then using rvactions set VAlign = rvvaRight, it displays correctly in ScaleRichView. When I export as RTF and open it in Word 2003, the alignment information is lost. The picture...

Citrix, 64 Bit - random crashes, TRichView in charge??

One of our customers is running our BCB2007 application in a citrix terminal server 64-bit environment. We use TRichView and ScaleRichView alongside with wPDF. They experience random crashes: Sometimes, the application simply closes; sometimes, an exception is thrown: Mostly EOutOfResources, EAccess...

This date has passed now, too... our customer is still interested. Are you anywhere near finishing it now?

Thanks

At the end of next week I plan to update footnotes.
Greetings,

if I calculated correctly, that was last week. Is there a release date for read-only footnotes now?

Thanks

We will try to implement editing for them as well, but it is much more complicated.

Why not tab? Because in centered paragraphs, it may be desirable to get equal spacing between any paragraph number and the text, regardless of the width of the number. 1 Terms of use 21 Liability 104 Termination would be good and it can be accomplished in TRichView already by specifying no indents ...

RTF and paragraph numbers

Greetings Sergey and all, paragrpahs with numbering result in RTF in number<tab>text The tab is, at least, choosen by MS Word as a separator. Is there a way to change that? For centered headings, a tab character is most likely not what you want, instread, a single space would be good. Moritz (TRichV...
