List Index Out of Bounds on LoadRVFFromStream

Hello,

I encountered an error "List index out of bounds" when loading a stream into the SRVE control (version 3.0.2). After some debugging I found that it was because my SRVE control was too small (a mere 40x40 pixels).

I was using a small invisible SRVE as a temporary control for a mail merge type process. Increasing the size of the control was a simple workaround that appears to have worked.

It may be worth looking into.
