Hello,

I´m trying to insert a picture(Company letter head) in page header in ScaleRichView which should be scaled borderless, so use the full page width independent from the left, right and top margin.

I was not able to find the right setting in graphics object properties. (The MS Word like setting is Text wrapping->"Through" or "Behind text")

Is there any way to move the picture in page header beyond the pages border limit?

You can insert a text box, and a picture inside this text box.
However, text boxes in our components support only two positions: behind text and in front of text.

Using a textbox and inserting a picture inside the text box basically works to use full page width for header and footer.

But when i use a picture with good quality that is scaled within ScaleRichview, i´m also experiencing a major performance problem similar to this post: http://www.trichview.com/forums/viewtop ... =12&t=7646

If the picture is straight in the header without using the text box, the performance os ok, but i can not use full page width.

If i use a lower quality image the performance is ok, but the printout looks very pixelated. (Lower picture quality would be ok for on screen display and also in PDF export it looks ok)

The probem is, since i want to printout company documents, the header and footer picture quality has to look good in printout.

Do you have any idea or proposal how to achieve this?

Has maybe some one else in the community used a template with company logo in header and footer so far?

I can see if I can optimize it, or at least implement hiding headers and footers.

I optimized drawing text boxes, footnotes and endnotes.
I hope a new speed will be acceptable for you.
This change will be included in the next update, I hope to release it as a beta in this week.

Check TRichView 17.3 and ScaleRichView 8.2.
They are released as betas, so downloading URLs are different.
You can find them in the forum for registered users. Or you can run the old Setup, it can download new version (but select "Check for stable and beta versions" option on the "Version checking" page)
