Am having problems connecting to HikVision speed dome IP Camera. model DS-2DE52201W-AE

What is the problem exactly?
What version of RVMedia do you use?
Does the camera has username and password (there is a know problem with authorization on some cameras in RVMedia 5.3 and newer, we are solving this problem)

I cannot connect to the camera. It says camera not found

Yes, it does have username and password
