Snapshot turns to green hue on Surface Pro4 with RVMedia

Hi, I'm using Rad2010+RVCamera to access the built-in webcam on a surface pro4 device.
My app initials the camera to preview and take snapshots when user clicks a button.
Usually it all works fine, but sometimes the photo just turns to green hue, which seems like a AWB problem.
Once it happens, it wont go back to normal unless the app is restarted(shutdown and run again).
Did anyone meet the same problem? or does anyone may have any idea about it?
Thx a lot!

Are only snapshots green, or video is green too?

I didn't try to record a video if you mean that.
But pretty sure that the preview windows turns green, too.

Does it happen if you get a snapshot, or it may happen by itself?

So far it's observed only when a snapshot is taken and mostly after making several snapshots.
But to be frank, I didn't try to keep it at preview state for a long time to see if it might happen :)
