I am greatly interested in using Gstreamer, but RVMedia supports only ancient version 0.1

What is the reason of not supporting version 1.0?
Are you planning to introduce a support of up to date Gstreamer libraries?

We thought that newer version of GStreamer does not support H.264.
But it looks like we were wrong, so we need to support GStreamer 1.0.

However, I cannot say when it will be supported.
