CPU Usage

Is there way to reduce the CPU usage in a RVCamera/RVCamView combination connected to a HIKVISION camera configure to H264 protocol, 1920x1080 resolution and 50HZ, 30 Frame Rate. With this configuration only one camera is consuming 37% of the CPU, the RVCamera component is consuming 23% of the CPU. the RVCamView is configured RenderMode := rvmrmOpenGL, ViewMode := vvmAspect. The computer has a 3.2 base clock CPU with 8G RAM. The same camera connected to the manufacturer App via browser only consumes 2.3% of the CPU.

23% - is it with TRVCamera without a linked viewer?

Sorry, I'm a external contractor for a company, and I'm not allowed to give access to their Surveillance Servers. Could you give me some tips, like before they where extremely useful.
