Different page number on importing docx files

Hello,
When we import a docx or doc file to ScaleRichView, sometimes the page count is different from main file.
Is it possible to solve this problem?

Do you mean they are different from page count in MS Word?
If yes, this problem cannot be solved.
Only MS Word displays docx and doc files exactly like MS Word.

Yes I mean that.
How about rtf files? If we convert doc and docx files to rtf, ScaleRichView displays it like MS Word and their page count will be equal?

The same for RTF files, sorry. Page count may be different.
