G'Day everybody,
i've implemented the TRichView component in my reports with the quickreport-wrappe and this works fine, but if i'm exporting the quickreport-result to pdf the quality of the RichView-content is very low (e.g. jpeg-text?!).
If i'm printing the quickreport on a pdf-creator the quality is good, i think that the PDF-Filter for quickreport creates the problem of low quality.
Are there any ideas or other users with quickreport and pdf export? |

May be you can try to contact the developer of QR wrapper for TRichView?
I did not try QR myself. |

The standard PDF export in QR is not great. You can try the Gnostice 2.5 pdf export, which can be downloaded free from the QR website for QR users.
However, under Delphi 2010 (and I think 2009), most fonts are not added to the PDF (replaced by Arial). To solve that, you need to buy Gnostice 3.0 or LLion PDF. I use Gnostice 3; as a RichView user you can buy it with a discount. I did not test RichView-->QR-->Gnostice yet.
