Setting the page top / bottom margins to a value > .6" (inches) causes the first column in tables to be "cut-off". The rendering code isn't handling the scaling properly.

I fixed the problem by calling the functions NoPagesMode() + PagesMode() (that I copied from ActionTest) after a Page Setup operation.
