Hi Sergey
I want to set the default of the Table Cell spacing to ZERO.
How would I do this?

Do you use RichViewActions? TrvActionInsertTable has many properies of TRVTableItemInfo, and they are assigned to the inserted table.
PS: for RTF-like tables, set:
CellHSpacing=CellVSpacing=-1
BorderHSpacing=BorderVSpacing=0
BorderWidth=0
CellBorderWidth=1
