[Demo] Printing in 2 columns

This demo prints in 2 columns using TRVReportHelper component.
It is similar to the demo in Demos\Delphi\Assorted\Printing\ReportHelper, but provides a print preview.
Using this demo as a base, you can implement printing in more complex layouts.
