RVPkgD2009 install error (package vclimg not found)

I will do some digging, but I am currently unable to install.

Read a post from 2005 about vclimg, but that didn't help me.

It's strange, vclimg package must be included in Delphi2009.
Check, do you have vclimg.dcp in <RAD Studio Dir>\6.0\Lib\
