I'd like to know if it is possible to have an image in DBRIchView with text surround the image?

You can set vertical alignment = left or right.
VAlign is a parameter of AddPictureEx and InsertPicture.
In RichViewActions, you can change it in "Object Properties" or "Object Position"dialogs.
