Fills a list USB webcams or monitors (video capture and video display devices).

procedure FillVideoDeviceList(List: TStrings);

The method can be used if DeviceType=rvdtWebCamera or rvdtDesktop.

This method fills List with names of available webcams or monitors, depending on DeviceType properties (see VideoDeviceList property)
