TDBSRichViewEdit.IgnoreEscape

Disallows processing of  Escape  key

property IgnoreEscape: Boolean;

This property provides access to the RichViewEdit's property of the same name.

By default,  Escape  cancels editing in TDBSRichViewEdit.

If you set this property to True,  Escape  will do nothing.
