Description

The class is based on the TRVRuler class and adapts the ruler for work with TSRichViewEdit.

It introduces new properties and methods for work as a vertical ruler and for assigning margins.

TRVRuler is included in RichViewActions.

The ruler works with the editor specified in SRichViewEdit property.
