Specifies whether pages can be zoomed in/out using the mouse wheel (with pressed  Ctrl  key)

property MouseWheelZoom: Boolean;

If True,  Ctrl +mouse wheel changes ZoomMode to rvzmCustom and increases/decreases ZoomPercent.

Default value:

True
