Selection Mode

Meaning

rvsmChar

No special processing for selection: selection starts where the user pressed the left mouse button, selection ends where the user released it.

rvsmWord

Selecting by words.

Selection is smart: you can still select a part of word by moving mouse pointer in backward direction. This mode affects only selecting by moving mouse.

rvsmParagraph

Special selecting mode: if items of multiple paragraphs are selected, the component selects these paragraphs completely. The mode affects selection by moving mouse,  Shift +click, keyboard.
