TRVTableItemInfo.SetCellHint

Assigns Value to Cells[Row, Col].Hint, as an editing operation.

procedure SetCellHint(const Value: String; Row,Col: Integer);

Unlike direct assignment to Cells[Row, Col].Hint property, this method can be undone/redone, if it was called for the table inserted in TRichViewEdit (after insertion).
