Create a table of content in the Report Helper ?

Now that tabs are fully supported, they could be used to create a table of

content in the reports. However this would mean knowing exactly the page

where the titles are after the report has been generated, and another

difficult part is to adapt those pages after the table of content has been

inserted as it may require more than a page and would therfore change the

page number of the titles.

Any examples or thoughts on how to achieve this ?
