Unfortunately, this is really so. Under some versions of Windows, accent in

composite characters is treated as a separate character, because WinAPI

functions CharNextW/CharPevW treat it so.

This demo was created when I used Win2000. It's looks like Win2000 has

better implementation of CharNextW/CharPevW than WinXP.
