The difference is only in the number of persons that will use the Components

in the development environment (i.e. will install the Components in their

copies of Delphi/C++Builder).

If it will be one person - order "1 User License".

If up to 3 - "License for 2 or 3 developers".

If more (but working in the same organization/company) - "Site License".
