Yes, empty text items always displayed from the new line, but it was wrong

and now it is fixed.

There were some reasons to do it - empty items were considered as illegal in

all places except from start of paragraph/line. It is more easy to find

illegal empty items if they start a paragraph/line.

But now situation is changed - bullets can be followed by empty text items.
