These functions return one item. For text, item is usually a text of the

same formatting ("style") and without line break characters. In some cases,

the whole paragraph is one item.

How to get more detailed information:

* under the mouse

- GetWordAt method

- GetItemAt method returns OffsetInItem parameter allowing to determine a

character under the mouse pointer

* at the caret position

- TopLevelEditor.CurItemNo, TopLevelEditor.OffsetInCurItem properties define

a caret position;

- some functions from http://www.trichview.com/support/files/rvgettext.zip
