Bug? Table Cellspace=1 & Resize by mouse

Hi Sergey,

maybe I've found a bug according to Tableresize by mouse and Cellspacing =1.

You can try following with Actionsdemo:

Insert Table (eg. 2 x 2 )

Change cell spacing to 1

Resize Cellwidth by mouse

Everytime You resize the cellwidth by Mouse the tablewidth decreases, no

matter if you increase or decrease the right cell's width!!! But only

when using cellspacing=1.

Is it a bug ?
