This procedure adds document in rv2 to the end of document in rv:

var Stream: TMemoryStream;

Stream := TMemoryStream.Create;

rv2.SaveRVFToStream(Stream, False);

Stream.Position := 0;

rv.InsertRVFFromStream(Stream, rv.ItemCount);

Stream.Free;

You can call this code repeatedly to concatenate several documents in one.
