Sorry, if I knew a robust solution, I would have implemented it.

You can store caret position (CurItemNo, OffsetInCurItem) and restore it by

SetSelectionBounds.

But if you use tables, these values do not help, you need to store, for

example, a number of of characters before the caret.

But the main problem is not how to do storing/restoring. The main problem

when to do it.

TDBRichEdit has the same problem.

Probably, I'll return to this problem later.
