Yes, when reading Word6/richedit RTF, properties of markers are not

completely known until reading the end of paragraph.

FormatString and font are defined in ListStyles. New list styles are added

at the end of RVStyle.ListStyles.

You can compare a number of styles before and after RTF loading, and new

styles in OnChange (you'll need to reformat document if you'll change

formatstring or font)
