This is incompatibility with newer version of TRichView.

New versions of TRichView will always read both new and old RVF files.

Old versions of TRichView may not read newer files.

But changes like adding 'LstID' will rarely occur. Usually I try to

expand RVF format in a compatible way.


Update your version of TRichView to 1.8.

I guess you cannot install RichViewActions because they require TRichView

1.8

If your users using old version of your application cannot read files

created

with new version of your application - they should upgrade.
