Hello,

May be the problem is in the document generation, not in the header and

footer?

May be your document really contains style indices >=

RVStyle.TextStyles.Count?

I created a demo with headers and footers and I cannot reproduce problems:

(in this demo, all 3 editors are linked to the different RVStyles; you can

link them to the single one (but you'll need to remove calls of

DeleteUnusedStyles);

in all cases, all works correctly)
