Actually, when you use Add*** methods to add items in RV, document is not

updated immediately.

You need to call rv.Format to update document.

For implementation of chat or log windows, you can use rv.FormatTail.

Such design was chosen for reasons of efficiency.It allows to fill document

very fast and format it at once.
