For richview customer who use llpdf component

I am currently using TRichView Editor together with llpdf for PDF exporting.

But I have found a problem when try to export

the japanese content(see attached file japanesecontent2.rtf), it caused av.

The next problem is when exporting the other file

(see attached file japanesecontent1.rtf), it cause the error

"cannot extract the embedded font 'Arial'. Some characters may not

display or print correctly."

I am posting this message here because I need the solution urgently. I have

send an email to llion support but still not yet

reply me. So, I have to my luck here see if there is any richview customer

who use llpdf too, have the same problem I am

currenty facing and already got a workable solution might be able to offer

the solution to me. If no, this might

be a possible bug for your application.
