get paragraph text, select paragraph mode.

I have 2 needs.

1. fill a new rich view using existing richview by selecting only wanted

paragraph. lets say paragraph 1,4,6 and 8

2. Paragraph selection mode. where i will be able to select paragraph by

single click.

Problem what i face is richedit is very powerfull component. Too powerful

for a new person to experiment with it. A encapsulated version had to be

released where every thing works out with properties and methods.
