1) If you want undoable operation, use SelectAll() and

ApplyStyleConversion() with proper OnStyleConversion event

2) Otherwise you can iterate through all styles:

for i := 0 to RVStyle.TextStyles.Count-1 do

  RVStyle.TextStyles[i].Size := 10;

rve.Format;
