RichViewEdit1.BeginUndoGroup(rvutTag);

RichViewEdit1.SetUndoGroupMode(True);

try

  RichViewEdit1.ApplyTextStyle(UrlItemNo);

  SetURLToSelection(URL);

finally

  RichViewEdit1.SetUndoGroupMode(False);

end;
