How to save and restore caret position ?

I have application like notebook with lot of sections and one TRichView.

When I change notebook sections I also change the text in editor.

I want to save caret position (and if possible scroller position) for each

document then restore it.

So, how to get caret position and set it ? (and how to get scroller position

and set it)
