A hyperlinks import from RTF and drag&drop is performed via OnReadHyperlink

where you can modify target as you need.

TrvHtmlImport imports them itself by default. But if you exclude

rvhtmloAutoHyperlinks from its Options, it will use OnReadHyperlink too.
