That's Ok, I got around the problem by (in Word) cutting the objects and pasting

them back as pictures.

My next problem is the alignment of other picture objects. These represent

mathematical equations and should line up and appear on the same line as

associated text. Certainly, they do when viewed using Word.

Unfortunately they are not aligned when I import into RichView (they are

offset a little higher than text on the same line). I note that an VAlign

property exists but I don't know how to use it. Can you point me in the

right direction?
