Something like this:

RichViewEdit1->InsertBreak(1,rvbsLine,clNone);

if

(RichViewEdit1->TopLevelEditor->CurItemNo==RichViewEdit1->TopLevelEditor->It

  SendMessage(RichViewEdit1->TopLevelEditor->Handle, WM_KEYDOWN, VK_RETURN,

0);

else

  SendMessage(RichViewEdit1->TopLevelEditor->Handle, WM_KEYDOWN, VK_RIGHT,

0);


TopLevelEditor property is introduced in the latest version
