Both calls of inserting RVF from stream must be:

EMailForm.rve.InsertRVFFromStream(Stream,EMailForm.rve.ItemCount);

The last parameter is a position where to insert.

Value EMailForm.rve.ItemCount causes insertion at the end of the document.
