In the current version, the live spelling interface is implemented only in

ANSI string (not Unicode) version: the parameter of OnSpellingCheck event

has a String type.

All Unicode text is converted to the text of the specified language

(character set) when passed as this parameter.

It's easy to determine if the given string (Word) contains only English

characters ('a'..'z' + 'A'..'Z')
