As far as understand it, Inch=0 is the normal case for enhanced metafiles

and should not be "corrected". Width is calculated from MMWidth depending on

the screen resolution. On the other side, maybe, Borland should neglect the

value of Inch for enhanced metafiles. The documentation is not clear here.
