I do not have these problems myself, and I did nothing special for it.

I got the message "Component X can't be registered by package xxxxD9.bpl

because it is already registered by [the same package]." sometimes on the

package recompiling.

In this case, I uninstalled the package and deleted the compilation results

(bpl and other files), then compiler again.

I never received this message on startup.
