Moving of controls

How can I move a control around in a TRichviewEdit ? Been trying with AdjustControlPlacement2,

but it doesn't seem to do much. The idea is still to drag a control around

to a new caret position. Right now I have to resort to destroying the component,

recreating it and inserting it in the new position. Seems like a waste. Is

there an easy way of simply changing a control's position to the closest

caret position at a given point ?
