Office converters convert document to RTF, then RTF is imported in

TRichView.

So headers/footers are imported like from RTF. You can specify richviews

that receive data from the file's header and footer (see

rv.RTFReadProperties.SetHeader, .SetFooter).

Then you can assign these documents as a header and footer for TRVPrint
