Create an action with Shortcut=Shift+Ctrl+Space, and write in its OnExecute

procedure TForm1.actInsertNBSPExecute(Sender: TObject);

begin

  RichViewEdit1.InsertText(#$A0);

end;

(NBSP will not work properly if it is between two text items, though)
