On 'After' Paste Event ?

I need to do some proccessing (things like removing empty paragraphs, removing

double space, passing the words to spell checker ...) after the text is pasted

into RVE. OnPaste seems to be triggered when the paste commences. I can not

figure out:

1) how do I identify when the paste operation was done (finished)?

2) to avoid proccessing the whole text: how do I find out which text was

inseted with this paste?
