onRVDblClick problem

Hello.

TRichView process doubleclick, and then it is processing OnRVMouseUp.

This makes current window to get back focus, for example, in case, when

other window should appear.

Alternative could be seen in tlistbox, for example.

You can see what happens in the attached project. First, doubleclick an

item in tlistbox and assure that new window appeared. Then, try to

doubleclick in TRichView - new window shown, but it hidden under other

windows of the application.

Is it a bug or a feature? If it's a feature, how can I change it to

implement desired behaviour, similiar to behavoiur of tlistbox?
